The HCOP Winter Conference brings together the West Coast's leading headache experts. This two-day, educational and informative event, will provide you with the necessary tools and best practices to better diagnose and treat headache patients.
The 15th Annual HCOP Winter Conference boasts a truly impressive lineup and includes distinguished thought-leaders such as our keynote speaker, Elizabeth Leroux, MD, vice-president of the Canadian Headache Society, the founder of the Migraine Quebec website and association, and an advocate for headache patients. Also speaking this year is Susan Hutchinson, MD, HCOP Immediate Past President and founder of Orange County Migraine & Headache Center; Christoph Schankin, MD of Bern University Hospital; Sini Nwaobi MD, PhD and Josh Kamins MD, both from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA; Donald Nixdorf, DMD, DDS, of the University of Minnesota School of Medicine; Amy Gelfand, MD, Director of Pediatric Headache at UCSF; Arne May, MD, Professor of Neurology in the Department of Systems Neuroscience at the University of Hamburg; and Stewart J. Tepper, M.D., Professor of Neurology at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth University.

The negotiated room rate for the Winter Conference is $309.00 per night plus taxes and fees (there is a 2-night minimum). You will be charged for the entire stay at the time of booking. You MUST be registered to reserve a room.
Once you are registered, you will be sent an email with the code to reserve your hotel room at the group rate.
Please note: Hotel rooms in our discounted group block are for registered attendees only. The hotel guest list will be audited periodically. HCOP reserves the right to remove any reservations without a corresponding registration out of our block. Currently, rooms for that weekend are going for $509 or more.
Reservations will be accepted at the group rate until Monday, December 27, 2021 or until our block of rooms is sold out. Reservation cancellations must be requested 7 days prior to the start of your reservation or you will not receive a refund.

We welcome and encourage attendance of all residents, fellows and students at our annual conference which is why registration is COMPLIMENTARY for all Residents/Fellows/Students. There are ten (10) trainee/fellow scholarships available that will be awarded based on abstract submission. The three (3) top applicants may be asked to present an 8-10 minute presentation. The remaining 7 will be required to present a poster to be viewed for the duration of the conference.
